Cold Tofu
Refreshing Summer Delight - Japanese Chilled Tofu
You don’t really need a recipe for this.
Hiyayakko, or chilled Tofu, is such a simple dish - chilled silky tofu topped with flavorful toppings. It's quick to prepare yet incredibly satisfying for a meal.
To be honest, I wasn’t really a fan of this dish at first. However, my kids reminded me how good it is, especially in the summer. Since they love tofu, one of them asked for tofu as a snack the other day, so I decided to make Hiyayakko to make him happy. It turned out to be a hit!
