RECIPE
Servings: 1-2
Time: 10 min
Ingredients:
2 packages of mushrooms (Shimeji, Shiitake, Enoki, or others)
2 tbsp sake
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
cooking oil for sautéing
Instructions:
Start by separating the mushrooms from their clusters.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil. Once the pan is hot, add the separated mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry them.
Once the mushrooms are cooked through, pour in the sake, soy sauce, and sugar into the pan with the mushrooms. Stir well to ensure the mushrooms are coated evenly in the marinade.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the mushrooms simmer in the marinade for 2-3 minutes.
