Sesame Noodle Soup
Sesame Noodle Soup Recipe: 5-Minute Comfort Meal
If I had only 5 minutes to make lunch, I'd turn to this quick and cozy Sesame Noodle Soup. It's made with Somen noodles, which are thin Japanese wheat noodles, often enjoyed cold during the summer. But when the weather cools down, Nyu-men, a warm version of Somen, is the ultimate Japanese soul food.
Because the noodles are so thin, they cook in just two minutes, and when paired with a sesame-infused broth, you can have a heartwarming quick noodle soup ready in just 5 minutes. Perfect for fall and winter, this dish is sure to bring warmth and comfort to your day.
