Black Sesame Brulee

Black Sesame Makes It So Tasty

The nutty flavor is matching so well with the creamy dessert

I found a jar of black sesame paste in my pantry and it was going to expire next week.. Thought I would use it to make something for dinner, then changed my mind to something sweet.

Black sesame is such a nutritious and aromatic flavored ingredient. Although the color is not very appetizing for some friends, but, its nutty flavor is even richer than white sesame seeds, and I love using it for desserts.

Here is the Black Sesame Creme Brulee. Super creamy, nutty, burned caramel is another sweet accent.
