Ingredients:
1 pc iceberg lettuce
1/4 pc red cabbage
1/2 pc carrot
2 pc scallion
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 pc chicken breast
crispy noodles
[Dressing]
2/3 cup rice vinegar
1/2 canola oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic
Instructions:
Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar, shake well, and set it aside.
Thinly slice the iceberg lettuce and red cabbage. Grate the carrot and chop the scallions and cilantro. Drain the canned orange and set it aside.
Place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish and season it with a splash of sake and a pinch of salt. Microwave the chicken for approx. 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. Once done, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces by using folks.
