Juicy and Flavorful Chicken Karaage Recipe
I’m excited to share with you a delightful recipe for Chicken Karaage that is not only juicy and flavorful but also incredibly easy to make with the help of Shio Koji Garlic paste.
Shio Koji is a traditional Japanese ingredient made by fermenting rice grain mixed with salt. This magical paste not only tenderizes meat but also enhances its Umami flavor, making every bite a savory delight. For this recipe, I’ve used a special Shio Koji Garlic Paste imported directly from Kagoshima, Japan, this paste is developed by one of the finest garlic farms and is perfect for Karaage seasoning.
