Juicy and Flavorful Chicken Karaage Recipe

I’m excited to share with you a delightful recipe for Chicken Karaage, Japanese fried chicken that is not only juicy and flavorful but also incredibly easy to make with the help of Shio Koji Garlic paste.

Shio Koji is a traditional Japanese ingredient made by fermenting rice grain mixed with salt. This magical paste not only tenderizes meat but also enhances its Umami flavor, making every bite a savory delight. For this recipe, I’ve used a special Shio Koji Garlic Paste imported directly from Kagoshima, Japan, this paste is developed by one of the finest garlic farms and is perfect for Karaage seasoning.
